About Ctrl+Grow
We built the business tools we were tired of waiting for.
After more than ten years of running businesses, we had collected a familiar mess: too many subscriptions, processes held together by spreadsheets, and work that kept finding its way back to us.
It started with our own mess.
We run the iLathys group, including fewStones, Authentic.ly, Storyboardhero and Gwacamol. Across those businesses, we kept running into the same problems: software bills creeping up, repeated admin, disconnected systems and marketing that was difficult to link to results.
Some of our workarounds were useful. Some were terrible. And more than a few temporary spreadsheets stayed around much longer than anyone intended.
Eventually, we stopped waiting for the perfect software and built what our businesses actually needed. Ctrl+Grow turns what worked into free tools other founders can use, with experienced help available when the problem needs more than software.
How we think
A new tool is not useful if it gives you another problem to manage.
Keep it practical
Give founders a clear next step, then help implement it when that is useful.
